When Time becomes Love

Updated: Oct 7

What I learned for Breathwork

It's not just that you don't have time. It's that every day seems to pull you further away from yourself. As if there's no room for what you really need: a moment of quiet, a touch of truth, a little love — for You.

This is what I experienced over and over again. I was running, I was fighting, I was trying to catch up with everything. And every time I didn't succeed, I blamed myself. I felt like I was making a mistake somewhere. That if I found the "right way", then I would stop living with despair, stress and dead ends. But the "right" never came. And this feeling scared me: are things different and I don't see it? Am I doomed to feel this way forever?

In the midst of this chaos, Breathwork came as a breath of life. Not in the sense that it solved my problems or gave me a list of instructions, but because it brought me face to face with something simple and deeply real: time is love. Where I give my time, there I give my love. And if I don't give time to something or someone, then I don't give love.

It sounds simple, but for me it was a revolution. Because I realized that I kept giving my time – my love – to things that didn't reciprocate love. I stayed there, exhausting myself, believing that in order to receive love, I had to first give everything. To prove, to fight, to exhaust. And the worst? I was content with the minimum, because deep down I believed that I was worth little.

Breathwork showed me another way. Through breathing, I discovered that love is not something I have to earn. It's not a reward. She is there, inside me, available at every moment. Every inhale can be an opportunity to hug myself, to tell him "you are enough". Every exhalation, a release from all those burdens that don't belong to me.

Breathwork doesn't give you time; It gives you something more valuable: presence. Contact. Love. For a few minutes, you don't have to do anything. Just be. Breathe. Conect. Remember that you deserve more than the least. That you don't have to exhaust yourself to receive love.

And most importantly? Breathwork doesn't ask you to do something "right" or in a certain way. It doesn't put you in molds. It invites you to discover your own path to safety, joy, and freedom — through connecting with your body and accepting everything you feel and think.

No guilt, no criticism; only with love, compassion and truth.
